Did not stay after looking at room, floor was slick fr nom filth. Hairs on the mattress cover. will sleep in the car before I ever think of staying there. ICE needs to check employee status

Great stay. Room was very clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly. It's in a good spot. We did not eat breakfast but I have before and it was always good. Would recommend to my friends and family.

Property is in Quiet Townsend. I love the location. The property is good. It was clean and comfortable. Can tell its an older property with some recent updates it seems. I liked the laminate floors, cleaner than carpet. Ceilings and walls could use a fresh coat of paint but overall happy with stay. Would stay again. Did not take advantage of breakfast, checked out before time for it. Close to the mountains and out of the crowd of Pigeon Forge and Gatlingburg. Close to Cades Cove and the National Park.

Super convenient location for the GSMNP. The hotel could use some upgrades. Lighting was poor in the room, shower provided only lukewarm water, and the internet and tv went out our final night about 7:30 and was still out the next morning.
