Nice place

Workers especially Nathan were super friendly. Parking can be a problem. Chairs on deck over the river were very comfortable. We walked into Gatlinburg and we are old. The hotel is also on Free Tram route. I would stay here again.

Loved our room with a terrific river view. The air conditioner seemed to struggle a bit but everything else was wonderful. Nice updated room and great cleaning staff. Downfalls would be the tight parking area and noise from the street.

Room was nice! Breakfast had what we needed. Pool was covered but we did not use. Had a nice firepit to sit around. A little walk to get to downtown but not to bad. The balcony on the river was the best and the noise from the road was probably the worst thing.

It was a nice stay and everything was fine except for the AC unit that didn't work well and sounded like a jet engine. The balcony was nice with the sound of the running river. It was very peaceful over the sound of the motorcycles and loud cars.

Gorgeous view of the river from private balcony. Usually you might expect to have a trade off on comfort or luxury for a more affordable price, but this was not the case here. We received an excellent room with a private view and exceptional quality along with the affordable price.

I love the view , and I could walk anywhere to see all attractions in that area. Breakfast was just OK . One of the staff at the front desk was not really welcoming friendly.
