Pigeon Forge

Fantastic! Our new go to!

The beds were so comfy, and the room were clean. I loved the rocking chairs right outside our room. The pool was clean and a comfortable temp. It was close to so much so we could walk to most things.

We love this place

Our stay is always amazing here. The staff are super nice and helpful and the atmosphere is always light and happy. The hotel itself is always clean and well maintained and the grounds are always beautiful. It literally makes you feel like it’s your home away from home the way it has hanging baskets on every floor and sitting areas outside the rooms. It is conveniently located in town where you can walk and not have to drive. We love this place and are repeat visitors when we come up to the mountains.

The place was beautiful! Very well mantained and very well landscaped. They were still doing some updates but it was a lovely hotel. It was clean and had been nicely updated. The junior suite was perfect for me and my boyfriend to have a little weekend away. A lot of activities are within walking distance and the staff was so fun and friendly! We didn't bring my daughter this trip, but this hotel would be perfect for kids too. We will definitely look into staying here again.

Clean room, but lit up like Las Vegas. Noise was unbearable!!! I left after 1 night because they wouldn't change our room. Ruined my time with granddaughter. I will never stay there again.

We love this hotel. It is a great location, walkable to many activities. It is always clean. The higher levels have a great view of the smokies.
