Our door wouldn't lock, maintenance told us "no need to worry, not a light in the parking lot works, no one will bother you". There was a crack so bad in the underside of the door my child could roll his hot wheels in and out. When we ask for towels to shower, they said there was a towel shortage and they didn't have any. And the worst part was our room was no only nasty. It was infested with COCKROACHES!

How Is This Dump A Wyndham Property!

First off, I can’t believe Wyndham would have their name associated this place! The only upside was the location in proximity to what we wanted to do in Pigeon Forge. There were no towels available till 6pm in the evening. The shower was designed for someone less 5’5” or less. The toilet would not flush properly even in pouring water down it. The shower head has black mold on it. There was smart tv in the but there was no access to cable or any local channels. The pool was disgusting covered with stains on the floor of the pool. There were glass slivers on pool deck. The staff was less than attentive and had no regard for anyone or anything. Was literally like staying at a hotel in undeveloped third world country. The only upside of the room is that it had a full sized fridge (that leaked water on the floor). We had high hopes for this hotel as it USED to be a great place. Now it’s nothing but a dump that is hard to believe that it’s even associated with anything related to Wyndham! Very disappointing to have spent the kind of money we spent for this weekend trip for this hotel for it to be probably the sketchiest place I’ve ever seen. Would not suggest this place to anyone! Pretty sure homeless shelters have better amenities and staffing.

The rooms were musty with black mold and the floors were dirty. Pool needed repair and cleaning, there were tiles missing and chipping paint all around the pool. There were people coming and going doing shady things… Also people were living there. We did not feel safe. The balconies and breeze ways were filthy and look as if they haven’t been power washed in years. Also a lot of lights outside of the rooms on the balconies and breezeways were out and felt unsafe. Doors didn’t dead bolt, beds were horribly uncomfortable, internet was very hit and miss. Will not book here ever again.

The entire place was extremely dated and gross. The humidity in the room was insane, when we arrived the ac wasn’t on and it took forever to cool off. Roaches in the room. The pool was insanely cloudy and covered in dead bugs, the pool deck was covered in cigarette butts and other various trash. You def get what you pay for.

Dirty, bugs, out dated, stained and stinks

There was no cable in the rooms you had to have a subscription to watch any kind of tv, there were roaches in the first room we went in. The systems were not allowing us to get key cards the first day so they had to manually let us in our room when we came amd went. The pillows were paper thin and pillow cases were stained. The curtians had stains and holes in them. The rooms smelt musky. The pool was green and everything needs an update. The light fixture was coming out of the wall and so was the shower handles. The staff was very nice nice but they seemed short staffed and in a rush. We had 1 regular towel, 1 wash cloth, 1 pool towel the whole time we were there. It was cheap but you get what you pay for. To get in with the keycard we had to scan it then hit the door in the upper middle of it to get the door open. Litterally the gorssest hotel ive ever been in.

Nasty and dirtt

After I requested a 1sf floor room was given a 3rd floor and was told there was a elevator. Hall ways were nasty, elevator was even worse. Tv was not working. Door lock didn't work, tub dripped, no coffee maker but had coffee ingredients, curtains were ripped. Will not be back to hotel.

They never cleaned our room the whole time commode wouldn’t flush let people swim and scream all hour of the night dogs in rooms beside us barking all night let the dog crap on sidewalk and the workers don’t clean it or did say anything to the people that have animals

Stood at the counter for 20 min and was no one at the counter police everywhere and customers complaining about rooms. Could not get anyone to check me in so I left and stayed across the street I am asking for a refund as I wasn’t able to check in
