Property is in a great location close to everything. Great for a short stay. Room was clean, but small. I stayed in a standard room with no balcony and no views. Felt like a motel. River in the back is not easily accessible (not as expected). Pool is smaller than expected.

Super friendly staff at WBL.

Willow Brook Lodge is a conveniently located motel on the Pigeon Forge strip. The beds were comfy and the A/C worked great! I set in on 65 degrees and it delivered every degree, just the way I like it! The staff? I have no words to express how friendly and attentive they are to their guests. Always a friendly hello and asking how we were enjoying ourselves. Truly the nicest people running a motel I’ve ever encountered. Thank you Willow Brook Lodge personnel; we had a wonderful and pleasant stay. I highly recommend the Willow Brook Lodge.

We LOVED staying here! The pool was great, the staff was great, clean rooms, yummy breakfast, and the pizza place next door was really good. It's right in the middle of the Parkway so it's close to everything. My husband is 6'7 so the shower was a little short for him but it's not their fault he's freakishly tall. Ha!

The creek in the back of the property was beautiful. The water slide was nice, and the pool was very clean. Friendly staff. I would recommend someone to stay there.
