The property is pretty run down. Needs some updates for sure. The rug and the bathtub were very dirty. Just so everyone is aware, no one works there in the middle of the night, so if you loose your key or have problems I’m not sure who you contact.

The floors were gross but everything else seemed fine until i got in bed. I felt super itchy but thought i was imagining it. I woke up to bug bites all over me. Not to mention the walls are super thin. A family was physically hitting their kids throwing them in the car at 7am.. i wouldn't recommend

Office was locked and no one around to check in. No clean towel service because there was never a manager or anyone around seemed to be no one working there. I have been to $40 a night motels before and none were even close to as bad as this one which was much more expensive. Basically no sleep for 3 nights due to the noise and fighting from ones we found out lived there. The room next to us 1 bedroom 5 kids and 3 adults, they said they lived there. Police were out 2 times in one night due to the who lived there. The manager didn't even show up when the police were out. Have audio we took inside our room and could hear everything from outside and the room adjacent. There are really no words to describe how dirty other than pictures we took which do not come close to matching web site. Came back 2nd night and a bicycle was upside down in front of our door and trash everywhere. Another couple left after the 1st night due to the filth and noise. I am not sure whey anyone would allow this motel to be listed on there sight.

Bugs, flies, stink bugs everywhere. Shower handle was broke, sink handle didnt work, you have a family throwing their kid around the parkig lot, same family has a teenager peeking in cars at night trying to break in... do not recommend

Stink bug infestation

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL!!! We checked in close to 8pm & realized our room had an infestation of stink bugs. I went straight to the desk. The attendant said there was nothing they could do and they weren’t harmful. He basically said all the hotels had them this time of year. I asked to be moved to a different room so they could call pest control. They refused. I called the number for the owners the next morning. They said they would come check things out & never came by. There were stains all over the carpets. If I could have gotten a room at another hotel in the area, we would’ve been out of there. Unfortunately this was a record breaking weekend for Gatlinburg. There was no housekeeper available throughout our stay. We also found stink bugs in the bed & I asked the front desk a second time to call pest control. They refused. They also refused to give me an alternative number for the owners to complain. We killed dozens of bugs during our stay & didn’t have access to extra clean towels until the last night due to no housekeeping services over the weekend. The guy at the front desk actually had to do laundry so we could get clean towels.

The property did not match the pictures shown when booking. The front desk person led me to the room with a bottle of air freshener in hand. As we were heading to the room, we had to pass other guests that were very unsavory and had trash all around their door. The door to the room we were supposed to stay in didn't shut well; the light switches didn't work on the lights. The bathroom was extremely dirty. We decided that we could not stay, and they would not offer a refund.

Nightmare

We checked in but checked right back out we got into the room and they gave us another room the 1st one had shower handle missing leaking water the room was not that clean stains on comforter. The second room was not that clean old and smelled of mold. This place is just awful the manager told the front desk they would give out money back and they lied to us we waited on them to respond for 20 mins. Do not stay at this place.

The stay was ok definitely wouldn’t recommend it unless it was the only place that had openings. The room wasn’t the cleanest. Others didn’t have any respect of their neighbors with being loud till 2 o’clock in the morning. It wasn’t the greatest cause there was no communication with how to check out. You had to call someone which wasn’t always the nicest. I definitely wouldn’t be coming back to this place anytime soon. I do recommend that maybe there be a receptionist at the place just in case people need them.

Not perfect but great value

The beds were comfortable and clean but appliances such as the coffee maker and soap dispensers in the shower did not work. Considering the price and location to downtown, it was worth it.
