Convenient location downtown Gatlinburg

Good points: Overall staff were friendly. Great location if you enjoy walking, shopping or dining in Gatlinburg. Areas of concern: 1. Hot tub was closed and the heated pool was cold. Since our trip was in the spring and weather was too cool for outdoor pool, the indoor pool was a selling point for our booking, and was a big disappointment. 2. No drawers or dresser to unpack for a multi-day stay. 3. Housekeeping did not resupply coffee cups. There were no cups for cold water in the room and you had to go to the lobby to get cups yourself. 4. Breakfast quality was substandard. 5. Roaches in the room.

If you want broken windows, pilled sheets digging into your skin, a refrigerator that pops and goes clunk every little while and no water in the pool—you will love this place. Oh! And don’t forget the lying night manager who says the hot water is under repair at11:30 at night when the plumbing at the sink is just wired backwards!!

After checking in the front desk reached out to see if our room was satisfactory and if we needed anything. After dinner we got a call to make sure we had everything needed. The continental breakfast (including the coffee) was perfect! I'd come back again and recommend this hotel.

Review

The hot tub was not in service and played a big role as to why we booked with this hotel. It was supposed to be a private balcony, it was a shared one and thankfully no one was there but then the balcony was positioned right next to an outdoor walkway making the balcony not private at all.

It was very close to a lot of fun things that you could walk to. Parking was free. Dont count on the breakfast being something you can use in place of a real breakfast. Very small amounts put out and lots lof people trying to get food. No place to eat.
