Staff was great

We stayed in the Avion (#19), and it was great. We arrived after hours but got a detailed email with door codes and everything else we needed. It did have AC which was a bonus, because according to the listing it did not. Comfy beds. Nice to have cooking available. Showers up at the building have no shampoo/soap, but the one in the trailer did. There's a coffee/ice cream truck up by the office, as well as a pool table and loaner games and books up in the main building. It is right next to Las Colonias park which has watercraft rentals and tours and walking/biking paths. Will stay again if in the area.

From the start we had some hiccups. There is no front desk, no one working on site. Check in was through text which wasn’t sent when called the number the bar offered us it was an AI person which roughly took us 30 mins standing in the sun outside the locked front door. Once in the room was cute, nice with a wet bar too. The bathroom door slammed shut which left it smelling musty and poopy inside. We went to dinner enjoyed a concert and walked back to the end of our night. Once ready for bed 11:30 or so the lights wouldn’t turn off, all 9 can ceiling lights on. We tried everything, we both tried, thinking user error. After multiple phone calls, being told someone is working on it and we will be called right back. We called 4 times in total and were hung up on twice after the helpful suggestion of did you press the light switch. We ended up leaving at 1am to dribble home 3 hours in extreme frustration. Still no result or helpful responses from management even through multiple tries. Hate it here zero stars

Just an ok hotel. Feels old. Ugly stinky carpets. Well located I personally don’t like to pay extra for parking overnight. They have hidden costs on everything you do, but yes, they greet you with a warm cookie … lol

Didnt use the breakfast but the rooms have improve since we were last in them

Always a favorite of mine when I visit Grand Junction!

Easy parking and right off the interstate. Staff was super friendly and very attentive to cleaning. Room and breakfast was average.
