Run do not stay here

It started out good but ended terrible. The guy that checked us in was nice and friendly the room looked nice and all until we left and came back and there was a bed bug on one of the towels and then got off the towel and was on the floor. I called the front office and the lady told me I could change room but she had a very nasty attitude about it so once we changed rooms this room had roaches in it so we bit the bullet since it was only for one night but when I say NEVER again I mean just that the beds were so uncomfortable and I really couldn’t sleep and I was graduating the next day so yeah it was a terrible experience at this hotel.

I wouldn’t stay here if it was free. Great customer service but man. I could not feel safe closing my eyes. The door didn’t close fully, the shower and bathroom were absolutely filthy and horrifying.
