Hotel is in a good location. Place is kept nice and clean. Breakfast was good with variety. Self parking is great and plenty. Rooms are clean but I felt bathroom was very small. Our king mattress was very uncomfortable, sinking in the center. Definitely needs replacing. Room has coffee machine, small fridge and microwave. No safe in the room. Gym consists of 1 treadmill which was out of order, 1 elliptical which was out of order and a stationary bike. Highly recommend they fix those would make the stay so much better. Overall a good stay.

Upon entering our room our sheets were damp. When informing the front desk he wanted us to bring our sheets down (which was fine since there were no cleaning staff at the time). He told us that if the AC is set too low then the air in the room starts to feel damp causing the room to get wet. He replaced the sheets however they only had 1 comforter so my guest had to sleep with no comforter. We changed the AC to every available setting however the room felt like a water park. Literal pools of water on the floor. The tables were wet and our clothes that were hung up were wet. Its a great property with a good breakfast but they really need to fix the AC units.

We checked in late and the front desk personnel was very friendly. The room was somewhat neat. Toilet bowl is a bit dirty and there was an already wet face towel folded neatly on the rack which was pretty gross. The room also has a faint odor. Since it was a holiday weekend, we could not get a late check out which was fine.

Place seemed clean bit tje worst smell of mildew. We arrived late in the day and when we got into our room( 105) we literally could not believe the overwhelming smell of mildew in our room we didnt complain we were tired and just wanted to go tto bed. The bed and room looked clean and sanitary so we took some allergy medicine and went to sleep so we can leave first thing in the morning. Breafast seemed ok but with our allergies to mold and mildew we had to go.

We have been staying here for the past 3 years. My son attends UF, and it is convenient enough and not reasonable enough to drive the 7 minutes to campus. They have a great breakfast, and I love that they have no carpets!

The A/C was set to 68 when we arrived. We turned it to 71. When we woke up the whole room was wet. Not a little wet. More like it had rained in the room overnight. We were slipping on the floors and all of our clothes were moist. We told the front desk who promptly moved us but also told us we could not turn our air conditioning to about 68 or it would happen again. The new room smelled, had a chair that appeared to have black mold all over it. We would have left right then if we were not moving our son in to college and there were any other places to stay. The front desk did not sound surprised by any of our complaints. The breakfast was scary. The waffle irons looked rusty and dirty. Stay away. Unless you like black lung from mold.
