Wonderful Staff & Very Clean

The staff at this hotel are so friendly & helpful. The whole hotel is extremely clean & taken care off. It's in a safe and quiet location. Beds are comfortable. Nice, free breakfast every morning.

Average cleanliness, calling the rooms suites is a misnomer. Tiny outdated microwave, small and outdated refrigerator with no freezer. No separate sink in the mini kitchen area. The rooms are good size, but very tired and old feeling. Property needs a do over! Location to UF is very good.

Was clean and comfortable. Chris checked us in and he was super friendly. We were travling to taken our puppy to cardiologist so this was a rough time and it was hard to find somewhere that allowed pets but they were great about it. This will definitely be the place we stay every time we come for a vet appt.

Paid a lot of money for each night to (for my surprise) not have room service after the first night. Called reception and was (for the first time) informed the room service is done every 3 nights of stay. I understand this is the business model of some hotels, but in this case this should be explicitly informed so I could evaluate a better option for spending a lot of money per night. Shame on both the hotel and Expedia for not putting this information in a very much explicit way so I was not caught by surprise.

It was a comfortable stay. Beds comfy breakfast was good. There waa a clerk that worked the desk name chris very nice and accommodating and also a young guy very nice didnt catch his name they were all friendly. Short drive to UF Hospital convenient. Went there foe family memeber surgery. Only one issue my fault when i choʻse 5th floor low watwr pressure to shower. Other than that all good. If had to come back to Gainesville I would return to thia hotel.
