El alojamiento en sí no deja de ser un pequeño apartamento en un local de un bajo. La entrada es tal cual se ve en la foto: un cierre de chapa ondulada perforada al exterior (es lo que separa de la acera de la calle) que da acceso a un porche con una manta de cesped artificial, con una mesa y dos sillas, y con vistas a un muro al otro lado de la acera. El apartamento en sí tiene de todo lo necesario y en buenas condiciones de limpieza. Lo peor fue la entrada a las cuatro de la tarde de agosto. Tuve que hacer el check in vía telemática rellenando una cantidad exagerada de datos de todos los huéspedes. Debían haberlo avisado por correo pero no fue así. Por lo demás muy bien, Con un mágnifico acceso al teatro de Mérida caminando.

Looking for somewhere to stay as I travelled from the Santander ferry to the Algarve, I chose this hotel as it was relatively close to the motorway. I arrived just after 22:00; too late for food but my key was waiting for me. Plenty of parking. A good nights sleep, a refreshing shower and breakfast included. My journey resumed and I may return next year.

Muy buen hotel, cómodo y muy limpio, habitaciones muy cómodas.

Very good location in the historic part of Badajoz. Easy walking distance of the citadel and the river. This hotel exceeded all expectations. One of the nicest hotel rooms we have ever had the pleasure to stay in. And the breakfast was outstanding, as were the staff. A lovely hotel in an interesting city.
