Nice pool in the center of the hotel that our kids had fun in. Our family really enjoyed the warm cookies and milk at night in the lobby that were free. Also a great location and could walk to several areas in the city that we wanted to see. Staff was very helpful with directions on getting places also.

The air conditioning in the room could have been better but other than that it was a nice stay.

The room was nice, but the A/C didn't work and this was very but timing as it was over 90⁰ that day, the unit is also too small for the room. The shower head only worked on 1 setting and it was very poor. The bed was not comfortable at all. I would not book again.

Came for a concert, stood in line for an hour to check in, room was beautiful but then after the show and getting ready to go to bed at 1:30 turned back sheets and sheets hadn’t been changed from prior guests! Long black hairs and food crumbs!! Called the front desk and they didn’t have a room for us to move to so sent up 3 sheets! Went to shower this morning, again long black hair on shower surround. Notified front desk when checking out that this really isn’t acceptable and he did apologize. Debating canceling my future 3 nights this summer.

Beautiful room and the cute little bags of ice in the freezer drawers is brilliant. The up grade to the corner suite was well worth it. Definitely would stay here again.

I would stay here again and again! Building is beautiful, clean, and cool! The staff were so incredibly kind and helpful. Five stars!
