Was not treated kindly when checking in

To start off check in was horrible was given our room keys didnt let me know what floor we we're in we had to pay parking didn't mention there was a charge till i had to ask. We went up to our room and i mentioned to my Husband i was not comfortable at all. I walked down to front desk and i mentioned to Jesse which was real kind i explained how we we're treated. He apologized gave my Husband and myself breakfast for the the two day stay.

We only stayed 2 nights but we have walking restrictions and the lobby elevators were not working when we arrived. We had to walk our way through a maze to get to the service elevator or the other option of taking the stairway. Luckily we were on the second floor. Overall it was a very nice stay for two nights. The staff was extremely helpful and polite.
