"Nice hotel. Close to the airport."
Comfortable room. Very decent place. Walkways are a little bit smelly but that was not a big issue. will definitely stay there again.

"Stay Here Often"
This hotel is usually pretty cheap and in a safe part of town, but its still in Fresno; hide your belongings. Breakfast is standard, but good. Pool is clean. The only downside is that sometimes after 10PM the road out front becomes a drag strip for the local teenagers... It can be noisy at random times; but not to the fault of the hotel.

"Best for the price"
The lobby was beautiful, but the rest of the hotel was old. The staff was great and friendly. The room on the other hand had a severely leaking tub faucet, tub drained really slow, and the tub was not cleaned (found globs of hair). The room was clean and comfortable but the central heater didn't work. They had a portable heater unit in the room. Overal, it was god for the price. Better than a regular motel. Hopefully they renovate the rest of the hotel like they did the lobby.

"Convenient from Hwy 99"
I needed a stop over place to stay on a road trip from San Diego to Northern California. This hotel worked out very well for me. The staff was very friendly, and the hotel was very quiet. It advertised having a breakfast, but the only food were sweet rolls. The room was nice, and updated. The bathroom lighting was very dark. Other than that, it was very comfortable, and suited my needs for one night.

"Good value, spacious room. "
Visited in December. Rooms are kinda far from lobby and felt kinda like office buildings. A little drafty but it was cold cuz winter. Heater in room worked well though. Suggestion to add hot chocolate packs to breakfast would be nice :) downside was pub was closed during stay and we would have enjoyed that for food and drinks. Not interested in much else food wise in area. (CAble was sketchy. Few channels would not come in. Really wanted to watch its a wonderful life given it was Xmas and channel was fuzzy). Did not know pub was gonna be closed when we booked, but staff was great and breakfast too :)

    Explore Fresno

Whether you're traveling Highway 99, exploring the Sierra Nevada Mountains or dropping the kids off at Fresno State, you’ll be pleasantly surprised by what you find in Fresno. It's the largest city in the Central Valley, and has enough historical sites to warrant its own downtown walking tour.

The biggest draw by far is the Tower District, a happening little 'hood named for the historic Tower Theatre. This is where you come for hip restaurants and bars, as well as galleries, performance spaces and nightclubs. Outside of the Tower District, you can explore wineries around the Madera Wine Trail, take in a minor league sporting event, or visit the Forestiere Underground Gardens.

Many travelers stop in Fresno on their way to one of the many excellent national parks and forests in the area. Yosemite National Park is just one hour north, Kings Canyon is an hour east, and Sequoia – where you can salute General Sherman, the world's largest tree – is about an hour and a half southeast.
