Dirty and no hot water

We arrived to the hotel late at night, the bathroom was dirty (hair in the shower and on floor, as well as other gunk in the shower) and the hot water did not work in the sink. We alerted the front desk and were given a new room. The bathroom was a little cleaner but still no hot water in the sink even after letting it run for 5 minutes. It was late and we just needed sleep. Would not stay here again.
