The room was by a very noisy road. Couldn't get the shower to work as it was clearly broken. Man from reception came up and showed us a convoluted way of getting water to come out, but it was clearly damaged and hanging on by a thread. We grudgingly accepted the room as it was late. But there was no offer of giving us a room with a proper shower. Stayed in the US for two weeks and this was by far the worst room we stayed.in.

I have always liked this particul as r hotel. The owners and employees were always helpful and couteous. This last stay, however, it was quite unpleasant. The AC's were not working properly. I was moved 3 times , and spoke with others with the same issue and customers complained in the office. I n addition to the AC issue, the water in the rooms whether it be the sink or the shower, only made it to a"luke warm" temperature. I have to say that they did try to accommodate me and I'm sure others but in my case it was very miserable coz there's no was experiencing the hottest days of the year. Imhave stayed here during the hot summer days in the past and had not ever experienced anything like this. I adore the owners and would really like to stay anonymous. Terrible unsafe conditions

Was rather a bitter disappointment than what was expected in the photos, all the furniture is stained, along with the sheets and towels, hotel was very bad, was also robbed outside, sadly the hotel was careless about everything, mangers were not wanting to help at all, called Fresno PD they were no help as well, overall I paid for nights I couldn’t even gain access to my room, the staff did not care about the situation at all as I was very communicative the entire time, please use the extra money and stay somewhere else that cares about the guest.

Stay away, very far away from this hotel.

This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever been to. I checked out shortly after getting to the room and seeing the condition. The room smelled of urine and the bedding was stained and had hairs and what looked like bugs. The floor was so grimy and gross with dirt and debris everywhere. clearly hasn't been swept or mopped in months. If you cant anything about your health you would not stay here. I think they need to be reported to the health department. I really wish I was exaggerating, but I am not. I had to get out of there quick and find another hotel. The clerk at the front desk did not seem surprised at all and said I would need to submit a request for refund online. Please stay away form this place.
