Deepa from the boathouse and Lynn the guy at breakfast was very pleasant and hospitable. Thank you this was my second time staying here and it was a wonderful experience.

The room was very outdated, including the bathroom. The carpet had a strong, old, musty smell that affected the entire room, and the bathroom also had an unpleasant odor. I was also disappointed with how the $250 hold was handled. I was told that the $250 holding fee would not be charged until after my stay, but my card was charged the $250 immediately upon check-in. I would have appreciated clear and accurate information about the charge beforehand. Overall, between the outdated condition of the room, the unpleasant smells, and the misleading information regarding the $250 hold, I was very disappointed with my stay.
