The staff we met were polite. The room was ok , clean , although needing repairs.... Couldn't close room window , so heard traffic and others outside, panel below kitchen sink was loose and falling , corridor carpet worn and patchy in places as well as wallpaper coming off wall in areas. The lift seemed to not want to work properly as we had to press buttons a few times when inside for it to work. Breakfast was warm at best , although potatoes (hash browns) didn't seem thoroughly cooked. Now I didn't complain , but highlighted to staff repairs were needed and told them it wasn't a complaint. However on returning home noticed I had been charged for a wash cloth being stained ($25) , I did contact hotel manager who insisted we did it , although took my own wash cloth and toiletries. They sent me a picture and they considered it done. I have to say this Firstly , I am surprised a company like RAMADA owned hotels not in better state of repair. Secondly , the cloth which we didn't stain , sadly needing a good laundry service maybe ? And finally the manager said if we needed rags to clean up we should have asked. We won't be returning and sadly would need to evaluate strongly before using this chain of hotels again.
