The only issues we had was the pool and hot tub needed to be cleaned. There is no seating for the continental breakfast. And the serving area small. So you are on top of each other when trying to get your food. Otherwise the bed was comfortable. While an older place our accommodations were larger than expected. Despite the other issues it was a nice stay.

Love the Peach Tree. Old, quaint, recycled furniture, but always very clean. Bed was so comfortable!!!! You feel like you are in a home, not a motel. This is our third trip using the Peach Tree, we were offered and accepted the Blue House for same price as a regular room. We had a great back yard and had our own private pool!

Was very clean. I bring plug ins along with me .. glad I did , the room was clean , yet there was an old building smell to it. The pool had bugs in it. Hot tub was out of order. . We were only needing the room for one night, so it met our every need with a clean shower and clean bed with clean linens. Was within 15 minutes to the ranch we were there to see. Thank you Peach tree inn for your accommodations.

It was the perfect place, location and price. Everything good. Parking was great, even had its own covered parking next to the unit. Only thing is that it smelled a little musty but once your are inside for a while then you dont smell it anymore unless you step outside them come back in. I would definitely stay again.

I had requested a quiet room, but the first room assigned was on the corner of the highway and another street. Fortunately the receptionist changed the room, which was quieter and clean. However, there wasn't a real breakfast, or a place sit and eat, just a coffee bar with pastries and cereal which had to be taken back to the room to eat. Also thought the room was very basic, and was probably built many years ago.

Not bad but could have been better

Pros: economy, availability, prompt when service was needed, quiet, convenient to downtown, amazing water pressure in shower Cons: Advertising inaccurate -daily housekeeping did not happen hence we did not have clean towels or refilled toilet paper, no bottled water in room, paper goods were one ply and almost completely empty at arrival, refrigerator was not working, smelled of urine We stayed three nights. After no housekeeping by end of second day, I called requesting towels, toilet paper, coffee, and let the management know of the faulty refrigerator. Service to rectify problem was very prompt and polite. We will likely not return to Peach Tree Inn unless it is our only option. Not bad but could have been better.

Great walking distance to downtown. Small and personal property, not crowded. The pool wasn’t ideal but you don’t really go to Fredericksburg to sit by a pool. Room was cozy and well kept.
