Beautiful view out our window. Separate sitting room with coffee pot and Starbucks coffee, tv, refrigerator, microwave , a couch that made into a bed, and a sliding door for privacy if I chose to close it. Also nice breakfast provided until 10 AM. One evening after dinner, we sat down in the dining room and played cards. Lastly, the hotel has a nice sitting area near front desk with tv and comfy chairs. We sat there for a few minutes while we waited for others in our group also staying there. What I didnt especially care for was the bathroom light was located outside the bathroom door Instead of inside. In the middle of the night it woke my friend up when I turned it on. Would prefer it in the inside of the bathroom. We are bringing a bus with 50 seniors to Fredericksburg in December and will be staying here again at that time.

Front desk staff let you know what was Going on in town and offered suggestion of thing to do and where to eat. The breakfast stuff was equally as helpful and kept everything full and fresh and checked with every guest in the dining area.

It was ok.

I saw the high rating and booked it. A bit disappointed. The room looked worn down: screen ripped in the window, dust and corrosion in the bathroom. There were no facial tissues or bag for laundry. They also charged for wifi. We never experienced that before. The bed was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful though and the manager and staff were very nice. I guess for the cost, I expected those items included.
