The room was ready on time, and the front desk was very nice. The actual property was incredibly convenient to Main Street and not far from the wine shuttle. Really liked the breakfast but we were up way before the 9am that it was delivered. Plenty of parking and it was a quiet property as well

Great place to stay with friendly staff. Coffee maker provided was old fashion and coffee was in “tea bag” format. Not exactly user friendly. No coffee provided in the lobby; so if you are a coffee drinker you should bring your own coffee maker.

This is a clean and well maintained property with a very friendly staff. The breakfast is good and placed outside of your door at 9am in a picnic basket. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a group of various types of small cabins, cottages and houses. Beautiful grounds and within walking distance of downtown Fredericksburg. Breakfast was delivered in a picnic basket to our door each morning and was delicious! I highly recommend Hoffman Haus as a place to stay in Fredericksburg and look forward to staying there again.
