Great stay, loved the outdoor pool, restaurant/bar on site and ice water in lobby upon arrival. Lots of construction going on around hotel. Needs update in rooms.

The facility and its location in downtown Asheville was fantastic.

Did not have anything that my husband could eat for breakfast...he is celiac and needed gluten free. It would be so simple to have hard boiled eggs and/or the prepackaged gluten free breakfast burritos made with corn tortillas

We have stayed at this property before, so we booked here again. The property has gone downhill some. There were two elevators and one did not work the entire stay. We actually waited 10 minutes at the elevator just to get all of our luggage downstairs to check out. The ice machines were not working on the first, second and third floors. The breakfast was decent, but they possibly needed more staff because the trash cans were overflowing and no one was cleaning the tables. The actual rooms need some updating. The ceiling tiles in the bathroom were messed up and the hinges on the bathroom doors were rusting really bad.

Great stay - highly recommended Staff was excellent too..
