This property was undergoing renovation my room was nice however it only had 1 chair for 2 people no breakfast available and when I asked about no breakfast on site I was told the room rate had been reduced that was not mentioned during booking major flaw

Overall it’s just ok. Instructions are a bit iffy. Like taking the trash out gave special instruction but I checked out on Sunday and it said not to put the trash inside the container until the morning it is picked up which is Monday??? Says to bring it to an offsite place if not on a pick up day but it’s closed on Sunday??? Like I said it was OK the place was clean just really dated and there was a lot of outside noise that can be heard. The price was good so I would stay again. I will say the people at check in and out were just ok as well. They were not mean or rude but they were also not very happy or smiling. Also bringing the keys back there at checkout is very annoying. Should be able to leave them in the room

This is an amazingly beautiful hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Everything you need is here. There’s free coffee, tea, bottled water, sodas, snacks, etc. down stairs, and coffee in your room. My room was beautifully decorated. I had a free bottle of wine waiting for me, comfy robes and towels in the closet, a new package of coffee in the kitchen, and coasters exactly where I needed them. The flow from the shower head was a good flow. If I come back to Asheville, I will book again . Why mess with perfection? This hotel is perfect!

Great experience; usually do Marriotts but the location of this Hampton Inn made it our first choice. Good experience. Only one issue; the “big bottle of shower gel or soap” attached to the wall in the shower was empty. Uses the small bar of soap!

Was the perfect stay for a solo getaway.
