This is an amazingly beautiful hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Everything you need is here. There’s free coffee, tea, bottled water, sodas, snacks, etc. down stairs, and coffee in your room. My room was beautifully decorated. I had a free bottle of wine waiting for me, comfy robes and towels in the closet, a new package of coffee in the kitchen, and coasters exactly where I needed them. The flow from the shower head was a good flow. If I come back to Asheville, I will book again . Why mess with perfection? This hotel is perfect!

The room was clean. The outside needs a lot of TLC. I was ok until I saw my credit card transaction. They had the nerve to switch my payment to $89/day which was $20/day OVER what I paid Expedia. It was MANUALLY entered and I wasn't aware. This is reprehensible. If Expedia has no control over these corrupt practices, Expedia will lose business.

Good location for traveling from AVL airport. Clean rooms and very affordable.
