Clean caring beautiful

I will come back if I spend time in NH again. Highly recommended!

The views of the mountains were breathtaking. Our room was not ready at the 4 o'clock check in time. We could not check in till 45 minutes later. I had to check back at the desk even though we were told we would receive a text. The following day at 4:30 we had to ask for our room to be cleaned. This was a little disappointing for a hotel of this caliber.

It's a wonderful place to stay. Have been there 5 times now. And will be back!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE——What should have been a relaxing stay turned into an infuriating and exhausting ordeal due to gross negligence and unprofessional conduct by the property management company overseeing this privately owned condo. On my second day I left briefly for breakfast and after I returned I was shocked to discover that the door code to my condo did not work, leaving me locked out of the property. I called the property management office multiple times before anyone answered. When I finally did get through, I was placed on hold for over 50 minutes before anyone offered assistance. Being stranded outside the property that I paid for is completely unacceptable. Also the shower-head broke off, rendering one of the bathrooms unusable. I was happy to pay the nightly rate but I requested a refund of the property management fee, given that the services it supposedly covered—responsiveness, maintenance, and reliable access—were nonexistent. My request was denied, and instead I was offered a $250 voucher, which is entirely insufficient and frankly insulting given the circumstances. What I received was hours of inconvenience, unresponsiveness, and unacceptable conditions. I would NOT recommend this property as long as it’s being managed by Eurorentals.

So cute and quaint. We loved the restaurant/bar downstairs.
