The hotel is just average, apparently the place isn't cleaned very good because there was a half burnt marijuana blunt left on the light next to the bed from the guest that stayed in the room before me, so due to that i was not very happy.

Nous sommes arrivé à1h00 a.m. et ous avons été obligé de partir à 3h00am car les gens en haut fesaient du tapage. Nous avons appelés la réception à 3 reprises et ils n'ont rien fait. Jai demandé un remboursement mais il ne rembourse pas la partie d'expedia. Je suis extrêmement déçu

Staff disorganized - Polixy message conveyed can be confusing - customer service is not optimal. I was lucky enough to have the manager addressed a lingering issue this morning. Over all i am there for business ( it is just conveneint not accomodating)
