Game Time

We went to the Red Sox vs Marlins game at Fenway Park, rented Blue bikes, had cocktails at a couple venues. Had an amaizing time.

Staff needs hospitality training.

Front desk clerk didn’t greet us at check in. Didn’t use my name, say hello or make eye contact. I felt like we were interrupting him. Elevator out of service. We were on third floor. Toilet didn’t flush upon arrival before we used it. No one offered or asked how our stay was upon departure.

For a hotel, you know, a place where a lot of people stay, there’s barely any parking so don’t see how they expect more than 20 people to be able to park. People doing drugs in the back parking lot and looking into peoples cars. Can’t even enter the premises without constantly being asked by someone for a dollar, a cigarette or even crystal (meth). Mold everywhere in hotel room including ceiling, walls, shower, etc. AC sounds like someone trying to start an old diesel truck. What looks to be dried blood stains on bed sheets. Putrid smell throughout entire hotel. People yelling in the hallways and knocking/trying to open our hotel door multiple times throughout the night. Could go on and on about how horrible this place is. Would not recommend this place to ANYONE. Avoid at all costs.

This place soulsnt even be open. 1st i arrived to mutilpe cops ou5side due to a quest companing about mold, 2nd my room reaked of mildew, black mold was every where in the bathroom. Out door clearly was kicked in before and didnt close properly. The phones didnt work. There was paint everwhere and the floors were sticky.

Decent for the price and area but needs improvemen

Staff was very friendly. Room was ok, not as clean as I would like but doable. Elevator did not work making it frustrating to constantly go up and down several flights of stairs with luggage. Vending machines on bottom floor just took money but didn’t work and wasn’t refunded. The floor I was on smelled very strong of weed. Parking was terrible. On our second night there, there were people behind the building shooting up drugs. Definitely not family friendly for that reason.

The elevator worked sometimes! We were on the fourth floor and had to walk up and down those stairs several times. Fortunately, after a short wait, it worked for us to bring our luggage up, but when we came back from an event at 11 o’clock at night it was not working the TV in my room was not working. Someone came up and got it on and said it was working but it wasn’t 22 hours later the young woman at the desk came up with a new remote and that’s all it needed. The two young women working the desk at two different times was were very pleasant and helpful. The gentleman in charge at night was not.
