Overall quiet feel away from core hustle/bustle

We we checked into our room we found it to be in poor condition and asked to be moved. Once we were in our new room we quickly hit the neighboring pool before heading back to our room. Once in our room again we found dirty towels and some other disturbing issues. We then decided that the standards of this hotel were beyond health standards and decided to leave. I have yet to personally speak to management as they keep avoiding my calls. Through the front desk they are insistent on billing me for the first night as they couldn’t rent the room to anyone else. Still dealing with the Hotel, Expedia and Visa as I shouldn’t have to pay for a room that is unsafe to stay in. Would personally never stay here.

Everyone was very friendly that I communicated with, the unit itself was beautiful and all the rooms were perfect for our trip. I would highly recommend this rental and cannot wait to return.

I liked the staff very friendly but stocking of the room amenities could be better

Staff was extremely helpful holding our bags before we checked in and after we checked out. We arrived early and our room was ready for us much earlier than check in time.
