I stayed here for a week, and for the first half of it our sink faucet was leaking all over the counter, soaking all of my cosmetics that I had on the counter in a fabric bag. We alerted staff but it took them several days to get up there to fix it, which meant all our towels were basically being used to soak up all this water.
Front desk staff was friendly but the lack of attention when we had a problem with the suite, and without even an apology for the inconvenience/damage to my personal items made this place feel very hands-off. Not really the hospitality we were expecting.
The hotel is GREAT! Large rooms, mini kitchen, clean and nice staff.
There are not any walkable dining areas, breakfast was ok, but lacked yogurt as an option.
I would definitely stay here again if needed

The room was clean and the hotel was easy to access. The staff was unfriendly and the breakfast offered was not good.

Rooms very well set out and clean with great amenities.
Friendly and helpful check in. Later, had an issue with the AC and it was addressed immediately. The room was clean and comfortable. Great stay and conveniently located centrally to the things we were doing in the area.
Booked 2 rooms well in advance to our concert. When we arrived they informed me I only had one room. I showed my reservation for the 2 rooms and they just shrugged their shoulders and said “doesn’t matter you just have one room. We are over booked and there is nothing we can do.” I was livid. We traveled all this was for a once in lifetime event. The hotel clerk stated I would have to take it up with Hotel.com. I could not get ahold of anyone at hotel.com for assistance.
FYI: this happened to several people as we were all in the lobby struggling to find a solution.
Only thing I can negative about this place is that it has joined the ever increasing list of places who don’t accept cash, with no options. Covid is over, cash should still be an option
