No heater and nasty restroom.

Heater didn’t work in the room. Our family including our 2 year old was freezing without it. Restroom smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Showers are built really bad to the point water splashed everywhere.

No clerk on check in, door that wouldn’t close all the way and placed in a room right by the office with high traffic and noise. No housekeeping and seemed inconvenient to ask for towels. I checked out early.
