The only thing that I didn’t like was the checking in process. You check in using a kiosk which is equipped with a webcam and you are talking to a guy via Zoom rather than an actual person at the front desk like normal. That was a little off putting to say the least. I would recommend to utilize the pre-check in email they dend you when booking this hotel. Also note that there is no shuttle going to or from the airport. We have to Uber both ways. Otherwise the building and the room are clean. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is nicely decorated and modern.

Check in and out is done on a kiosk not with a Live Person. The person showed up on the kiosk. My first time with this kiosk thing. The Air conditioner in other lobby was very warm! I would guess temperature was set at 80 degrees. But my room was cool and comfortable. Very skimpy Breakfast. I will stay there again.

Immediately upon landing in Fla I was texted asking what time I would arrive than more texts asking for an upcharge. When I arrived at the property I was greeted by a virtual kiosk and the gentleman asked me to pay for the upcharge. Rooms were advertised on google for less than I was paying. When I refused to pay the up charge he said he was cancelling my reservation. This is not the level of service I would expect from a Wyndham Property
