I contacted the hotel in prior to my arrival to make sure once I got there (11pm) everything was set to go and they told me it was , when I arrived they told me my room had yet to be ready and they made me pay again when I had asked them about deposits and they were very unclear as to the holds on my cards , whatever we paid we get the keys go up to our room and the keys didn’t work go back and get another set and the second set still didn’t work we had to have a worker come and open the door for us I would say overall my experience was horrible the hotel it’s self was in good condition.

We had to use a kiosk to check in. Guy behind the desk wouldn't talk just told us to use the kiosk. Was it AI? Who knows to me that is not customer service seemed kind of creepy

We enjoyed the pool area, although the pool had a lot of stuff floating around on top of the water. I didn't see a skimmer available. I would have used it. There was a young boy running and jumping near the steps to the pool. It made me nervous that he would hit his head. He was alone, and then we learned that he belonged to staff. I wasn't fond of the video check in. It seems so impersonal. The person that was there did a great job, but I would rather see them in person.

The young man who greeted us was very friendly and efficient. It was nice to receive a cold drink and some popcorn upon arrival. We didn’t get the cookie though because we got in too late after we went out to meet friends. I wish he would’ve given us a cookie for before bedtime!. we didn’t get the breakfast in the morning because we had to leave too early. It would’ve been nice if they had a take away snack for breakfast before the regular breakfast was served for those who had early flights. We needed coffee and a danish as we had to leave for airport at 3;00 am!
