Stayed 2 nights. Came for business so unfortunately didn’t have a lot of time to enjoy the beach but very clean and updated room. No issues. A bit of noise at night as was in a lower floor close to pool so loud music until late but able to sleep fine. It was all very nice but front desk not very nice on last day. Got locked out of my room close to checkout time and she was going to charge me per hour I was late…. Nobody told me when I initially checked in. They were not very busy so thought it would be OK to use the gym and take a shower before I left but she did not allow me a courtesy and was really NOT nice about it either. Don’t know if I will be back.

Stay Away!

Unfortunately, this was probably the worst Margaritaville we have ever stayed at, and we've stayed at many. When we arrived, the guest services were very unwelcoming and unaccommodating for our son, as only two guests are allowed in a king room. I had never encountered this issue at a Margaritaville before, so we ended up having to pay for a mattress and pay $40 for our son to use the pool, since they did not consider him a guest due to the room's guest limit. That was just the beginning. After we got into our room, our son used the restroom and called out to us, saying there was blood on the toilet. We involved management, and it turned out it was period blood from a previous guest that had not been cleaned. Overall, our stay was very pricey, and honestly, you could find a much cheaper and cleaner place with better service.

Great hotel. You don't even need to use your car. Everything is in walking distance. Pool beach and sitting areas are beautiful. Music with DJ's where wonderful . Ate right on the property listening to music. Best part is this hotel is pet friendly. Which makes my vacation even better. Great sitting areas with fire pits and great views of the beach.

Can’t say enough about this Margaritaville. Excellent customer service. Traveled with my family for 5 nights. Everyone was very friendly. DJ Cease was awesome. Clint and Harleigh at the Five O’Clock Somewhere bar were excellent.
