Fort Moore Vacation Packages

Friendly and helpful front desk staff and housekeeping. 2nd booking in a few months while visiting Fort Moore.

Excellent property. If handicapped, hard to get large suitcases etc to room but well worth it if able to handle a luggage cart. Really enjoyed the included breakfast.

The hotel is located near the Civic Center so I found it to be convenient. The property has been recently renovated and was in great shape. The kitchenette was well stocked. I slept well on the comfy bed and pillows. I was able to keep the room cool for sleeping. My only complain is that there was a hair woven into the loops of one of the hand towels. Gross. Everything else was fine.

After traveling to Columbus I was called by the hotel and told that I couldn’t check in until 6:30 I check in was supposed to be at 3… once finally checked on at 7 the room they gave me was flooded I had to wait another 30/45 minutes before they gave me another room once they gave me another room the shower didn’t work in that one so had to wait on another room experience was just completely inconvenient and overwhelming the only thing that made it worth while is the customer service I received from Thomas.
