Room was clean. Staff was helpful, friendly and efficient. Beautiful lake view. Breakfast had many options ms food was fresh. The only complaint is all of the stairs. It’s very difficult to get suitcases up and down as we age.

Roach infested, horrible staff disgusting attitude, racist, do not want to give more than 2 towels even though i booked my room for 5 people. I checked out a day before at 9:28am, asked for a print out and the time was 1:28pm on the paper.

Dirty, A lot of homeless hanging outside, smells like pot was being smoked all over. Sheets were dirty and room was dirty. We left after 2 minutes and felt very unsafe with a child there for a overnight.
