There was an unplugged refrigerator in the middle of the room (313) The AC didn’t cool the room until 4 hours before check out. There wasn’t any soap in the bathroom. I did not like the fact that the bathroom only has a shower. We did enjoy the peace and quiet. The beds were very comfortable.

Greta stay, beautiful inside. In house dining and room service very overpriced/ expensive. Gym was okay, mostly a line a treadmills, but not bad for a short weekend stay. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were nice. Do I think it was worth almost $200 per night? No not really, was expecting something much nicer for the price. Have to pay for breakfast between $15-30 per plate/entree. Staff was professional. Snack bar was reasonably priced. Had a slice of cake and mocktail at the rooftop restaurant. Delicious but everything else was fairly pricey. Would stay again still

Staff were very friendly, hotel had a nice layout with a round shape, so all rooms were “wedges” of a circle, for a unique feel. Rooms had a more upscale feel, but could have been a bit more maintained (a few bathroom tiles cracked). Room was serviced which was a nice surprise.

I wish that I was able to pay a half day rate.(For the second night stay) Since I came in Monday, my son was taking his MD License exam 10 min from the hotel on Tuesday) it was very convenient, I needed a place to stay til he was finished at 6pm. But I do understand.

We were locked out from the room because of a door issue. Then when i went to the front desk to complain about this issue plus on top of it No room service. Called the front desk for clean towels and trash pick up. Was told to put it outside the front door.
