Place is good. The bar service is slow specially night time due lack of staff, just one bartender taking care of tables and bar. Service room is great, specially cleaning ladies. Starburst coffee short is great, Christina, the Colombian lady is just lovely. We definitely going back 👍

I made two requests to front desk both of which I had to press to have. Room service dinner took two phone calls and more than an hour. A toiletry request a phone call and a visit downstairs when I realized they had forgotten.
The marble countertop in the bathroom was broken. I felt the need to document and report within minutes of arriving to my room to ensure I was not made to be responsible for it. It would be good for this existing damage to be acknowledged to the gues

Although I had to leave and weren’t able to fully enjoy my stay at the Hotel, the place it self was very nice and we was welcomed with a couple glass of champagne which I found to be really cool.

The lobby, bar and other common areas look nice. The rooms are outdated, the towels and rags had stains on them. I understand you get what you pay for but I wouldn't mind paying a little extra for better accommodations. I love the atmosphere of the hotel, the staff was welcoming and helpful.
