Overall this hotel was a nice place to stay while waiting for flight after being diverted. Staff was exceptional and the highlight that made the stay so enjoyable. A/C wasn’t working too well and the room wasn’t super clean(tub had stains)although the rest of the facility was clean and nice. The pool and outside garden area was really nice. It was a great place to stay while waiting several days for my international flight.

Ive stayed here before & nothing really changed since last time. Rooms need a serious upgrade. Bathrooms dont clean up well need a serious upgrade and shampoo carpets bad. Pool needs work. Love the location employees are the best just the place needs some serious upgrade.

Great surprise!

Pick up shuttle at the airport was quick! The driver was almost like a tour guide, pointing out the different things about the area. We knew the place we wanted to eat would had been closed already, so he suggested Las Vegas Cuban food as he dropped us off. Check-in was quick, very fast, and when we came downstairs to take our uber Javon told us the driver was picking up someone and he would take us to the restaurant. INCREDIBLE SERVICE! Unfortunately, we had already called an uber. Everything went great!

probably one of the worst hotels we ever stayed at. Our room keys kept getting deactivated 3 to 4 times a day. We had nothing in our pockets. The mattress pictures below are horrendous The blankets were just as bad somehow I don’t have a picture of that went to the front desk. They didn’t have anymore. Hot tub was dirty didn’t work Chair armrest fell right off Sink was cracked Always were dirty Our friends had a room as well and had a similar TV remote control didn’t have a power button pictured below Another group of couples came in and laid that night to stay at this hotel to go on a cruise, walked in the room and had to leave to a different hotel. It was so bad that hotel should almost be condemned. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
