Great condo!

The hotel offers very good service. From arrival to departure. We even had help when we left to fill the truck with suitcases, which is rare. WoW! We had a 3-bedroom condo. Huge balcony with a great view! Condo very well divided and very comfortable! The only negative point on our side was that many basic items were missing from the kitchen (dish towels, scissors, sharp knives, hooks in the bathroom....). I should also mention that on Hotel.com, I hadn't noticed that we were going to have a cleaning fee, so with a 3-bedroom condo, expect to pay $165 US. Apart from that, we were satisfied!

The hotel’s A/C was not working in the lobby, the hallways or the elevators. The hotel has 43 floors but only 4 elevators so to get an elevator would take anywhere between 10-20 minutes. The bellhops and valet parking employees were not helpful.

This is a great place if you are a college kid it’s like staying in a dorm We waited 30 minutes for an elevator and that is common people on our floor 21 were walking down the stairs They hit you with a bunch of fees when you arrive that added up to about 145 a day One of those is valet service which you have no choice if you have a car, but our entire stay the valet service didn’t work via texting and we had to go downstairs stand in line to ask for our car then wait in line for the car We could have stayed at a much nicer place for less money

One of the best Hotels I have been so far. I checked the reviews before booking and the elevators issue was one of the main cons. After a whoke week stay I can say it was not a big problem for us. We stayed with family and children and it was a great experience. The pools are awesome and the rooms were very clean, they have a full kitchen that we used everyday as well as the laundry in the room, the satff was bery kind to us also. Even thou it is not by the beach ,the distance is walkable and very easy access. Parking is a little.bit expensive but the resort fees cover the beach umbrellas and towels which is not covered in other places,plus acces to all the amenities. Recommend 💯

I loved my room / all the staff / clean / super nice . Except beach boss lady ! She is sooooo impolite and condescending. And also I don’t appreciate being 6 in one room and paying for big room and only having 2 chairs. I can’t come back as I’m a big family unless this policy changes
