During my stay the room was not well cleaned(considering there was an infant in the room). However we decided to keep the room and report the uncleanliness the next day to have the room cleaned. After returningback to the hotel after 3pm the room was still not cleaned. i am highly upset with this hotel, despite the renovations, the rooms should still be well kept. I would appreciate a full refund or some sort of compensation for my unpleasant stay.

This is the first time I write an review on Expedia because I had a really good experience at this hotel. First of all, its location is very convenient. Additionally, this Hyatt hotel is clean and has all necessary amenities such as pool, gym room, and laundry room. Also, the staff is very friendly. I would like to recognize Karim who is very friendly and helpful during my stay. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
