I love that they provide Dove hand soap, lotion, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner in their rooms. We had a microwave which is not always a given in hotel rooms so that was good. The gym had limited options: thread mill, bike, and weights. The breakfast was average.

The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not comfortable for me. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly! The TV did not have apps for me to connect to YouTube or Netflix. There was no TV channel list for me to look at. The ice machine on my floor didn’t work. Overall, I expected a better experience since I’ve stayed at Holiday Inns before. Thankfully, the location and staff saved this rating.

Had to change my room because I was too near an elevator and heard people chatting loudly from my room. Also one of the two elevators did not reach the ground floor. New room overlooking the pool was much better. Thanks to the gentleman at the front desk.

Very mediocre hotel with a lack of amenities. No in-room coffee. Not enough towels; had to find a housekeeper for an extra (there were only two of us). Breakfast was pretty bad plus loud and boisterous. Teenagers roaming the halls kicking doors and no security. Pool was hideous; pool area used by people who wanted to smoke and “FaceTime” loudly! Never again!
