It was under renovation. The AC in my room was leaking all over the floor so the whole floor was soaked. not a good stay.

The property was under heavy renovation. There were also still remnant if recent work done in the bathroom, like paint chips in the corners of the room. The showered did not look like it had been cleaned well and the roll of toilet paper was disgustingly dirty where it had been stained and someone whipped it off and left it for use. Horrifying! The staff however was very friendly and accommodating. They did not hesitate to assist me and treated me with respect. That was wonderful! All in all, not a bad experience. I just feel the bathroom needed a bit more attention.

Extensive renovation, especially where people need to walk. One elevator was shut down at check-out. The room was not clean and had an awful, potent chemical odor covering it. Parking lot had closures, causing too few spots for guests to park. This was definitely not up to Hampton Inn standards I expect. Will likely find another hotel elsewhere next time.

TV black and white, no maintenance on the property after 7:00 pm, no towels in the room, and no one to deliver. I asked to change my room and according to front desk “no available room”, next day, someone came my room and he unable to fix the TV. My spouse talked to the front desk to change the room and again she was told that there was no available room. She got angry and they found a room that the AC was not working properly (only the was working), bathroom floor become hazard due to moisture. I understand there was remodeling the property however the cleanliness should be maintained. As a Hilton honor, there was unacceptable as my wife remained in the hotel while I worked.
