Honeymoon Stay!

The hotel is great! My husband and I came down for our honeymoon and stayed for 3 days. We would absolutely stay here again. The breakfast was delicious it was a little different each day we were there. Everyone was so friendly and every time we left our room there was always someone cleaning. The employees at this location take pride in their work and making sure all the guests are happy and comfortable. The pool was clean and there were always towels there for you to use and they have music playing as well. Thank you for a wonderful experience and stay.

It’s nothing like it was advertised. For one the room gets really hot. The tub drain doesn’t work so the tub gets full really quick and dirty. The pool so small and also it’s easy for strangers to have access to the pool. While I was out there with my kid a stranger came out there smoking around my kid. Customer service is slow and not efficient. Just a overall not good experience wishing it was somewhere else Also the shower curtain couldn’t even close so water hit the floor

Continental Breakfast was not the same everyday which was nice. The bed was soft , clean and comfortable. I did not use the internet access during this stay. We didn’t use any transportation at this hotel. Overall stay was nice but the downside was pool was very small , limited parking once everyone is in for the night.

When I arrived they struggled to assign me a room. They stated their system was down although they had internet. I arrived around 8pm- hours after check in time, the front desk attendant had me wait like 20 minutes without any real option on what I could do. He then remembered to look at the hard copy of arrivals. This room had been pre-paid and I had even called before 3pm check in time to request extra pillows and blankets for the sofa bed. My request was also not addressed, this was a bit disappointing given that I took time to contact them and when I was checking in they had no other options for me in regards to a room assignment.
