Consider Alternative Accommodations
The stay started out by the Uber driver making sure we wanted to go here. Then we were met by the bright sign from city officials in the entrance stating the building was uninhabitable, which luckily only applied to the pool and parking garage area. Nonetheless all of this had our attention now. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The surrounding area had little to offer, but the nearby Denny's was nice. The breakfast at the hotel consisted of still frozen ready-made omelets and very limited coffee as the person responsible did not seem very motivated to provide breakfast. The lobby and room were clean. The airport shuttle was on time and was convenient to use.

The manager had a very bad attitude. Told me that he will not accommodate me to get any water only if i was a member. Changed my room 3 times because the key was not working for both. Then the last room was dirty. I had to sleep on towels. I did not get the breakfast or the free transportation. Will not recommend.

It is difficult to book at hotles whom accept pets. More and more each year. Unfortunately the cleaning staff was unable to locate all the earas urin had been left. I look forward to when the pendulum swings back to hotels for just humans.

Property was about 10-15 minutes away from the port. Close to convenience stores and some restaurants. Called for transportation from the airport was on hold for 35 minutes got tired of waiting so i called an uber. When i got to the hotel the workers were having a conversation no customers in the lobby so im not sure why i was on hold for so long or why the shuttle couldn’t come. No vending machine. Bathroom needed to be cleaned better but it was good enough for a late night check in and early out

Breakfast is not guaranteed! Almost everything ran out before 9am and no one was there to Property is very old and right next to the freeway. With windows closed you can still hear everything. Definitely not a best western PLUS.

The property is older, the room is on the smaller side but it’s good for one night stay and for the price we paid. It is clean and has our needs and expectations. We arrived late and will leave early, which was why we picked this hotel with breakfast and free shuttle from the airport. Gretel helped us at the reception desk with getting us the shuttle from the airport and with check-in when we arrived. She was excellent and it was apparently only her second day!
