Paris was wonderful!!!

During check in we were greeted by Paris at the front desk, she was the only representative working at that time, she had multiple people waiting in line and several phone calls while checking us in she maintained composure and smiled the entire time. She took her time to explain everything and answer all questions. If I owned a local business, I would hire her to be my customer relations representative in an instant.

Enjoy new building , beds , room over all was 5 stars !! Only negative would be the parking fee is not including or mentioned in the beginning of the rates $21 a night is a bit expensive and the restaurant is overly expensive and empty to near by off 17st causeway where more establish restaurants. Were the price was 100% cheaper food better.

The staff was kind and fixed our issue with our room key not working. The hotel was clean. We didn’t get a good feel for the area because we were in and out in one night so I can’t speak about the location contents, but great location between the airport and cruise port.

Perfect Cruise Ship Access

This is a perfect location for access to the cruise port and airport, we loved our stay. There's not many stores or restaurants in walking distance, but we took Lyfts to Walmart and the cruise port.

The staff was very courteous and accommodating, but the airport shuttle service needs re-thinking. If the airport run is full, then that means the shuttle should come back for a second run. Guests should not have to wait another hour for the next shuttle and they shouldn't have to call an Uber when the hotel advertises an airport shuttle. Or at the very least run the shuttle more frequently than ONCE AN HOUR. That's crazy.

I must say this was one of my best stays I’ve had in a very long time. Everything from service, cleanliness, food @ Kiki’s was great. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. There was a medical incident for me before I checked out & staff was very attentive.
