The room was not clean, the gym equipment was broken and no air-conditioning. The staff were very friendly. There was gross sluggy water in the keurig. I would NEVER stay here again.

The entire property is under remodel. There are boxes eveywhere, in the lobby, outside and in all the hallways. I reserved a king room and got 2 doubles. The room was so hot and turning down the air took hours. Its was a mess all the way around. Thank goodness i only needed it for 1 night.

This property is trying to get updated but during the process, the contractors are doing quick work. No pride in their work. Fast, fast, fast within no attention to detail. Numerous things aren’t touched. Switched don’t have covers, shower curtains are ripped etc. The front desk and maintenance workers try their best but contractors need to be properly supervised to complete the job 100% not 70%.
This was painted while we were there. You can see the unfinished corner.

Everything there was up to par, my only fault was there was no hot water, i had just got off work doing a ground ruff in plumbing. I was sandy, dirty, muddy, and sweaty, and i could not take a shower.

Not a great stay for many reasons. The bedding was completely ripped and this wasn't discovered until late at night (the housekeepers should've spotted this before it was made), the curtains hanging off the rails, the toilet wouldn't flush and most of the gym equipment didn't work. No safe and wasn't told about breakfast. Only good thing was the location for Chase stadium.
