I expected more for the price. Breakfast was today and waffles. Not much else. Nobody ever at fest had to ring phone for them to come. Very small bathroom.

Our reservation was cancelled by the hotel 2 days before the stay. We didn’t know this brand at all, so didn’t have a reference for the price. Hotel didn’t return message on the app and it took 3 phone calls to finally reach a manager to get things cleared up. Even then it rang for 5 minutes and they acted like it was our fault and we were bothering them. Won’t look at this brand again.

We had a great stay with our small kids. Room was clean and very spacious. Staff was amazing , check in was very easy and friendly. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Pool was nice.

No check in person, need to use a phone to access a person. Only given 1 key for 2 people, had to go back to ask for a second key. No person tending breakfast area, have to go to front desk and use a phone, no hot coffee, have to go to front desk and use a phone. And so on. All little things but they added up! Disappointing stay!

The room was clean and great breakfast.
