Great staff, clean and convenient

Just adorable.

We were in the room for 3 nights, and it was never cleaned. No new bedding or towels were brought in. Breakfast was okay, but something hot would be a nice addition.

Normal Place for stay for one or two nights

I want to recognize Lisa who checked me in. She was welcoming and friendly. I noticed the couch bed did not have sheets and blankets and when I went to front desk, I was helped with a friendly smile who was working the same shift as Lisa. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and I recommend it for others.

I had a great stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location, making it easy to get around. Communication with the host was excellent, and everything was smooth and hassle-free. I would definitely stay here again!

The a/c wasn't working. I informed the front desk and it was fixed by the time we returned to the room later that afternoon. We left the room that morning. When we came back to change clothes, the staff was cleaning the room. I asked her if she could come back so we could change clothes for a wedding. I let her know when we were leaving and told her she could finish cleaning the room. She said ok. When we came back later that afternoon, we noticed she didn't come back. The beds were not made and the trash was not emptied. That was the only issue I had with them. Otherwise, the stay was good. Breakfast was very basic but it was ok.
