What a wonderful hotel! We truly enjoyed our stay and found it to be excellent from start to finish. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating, the room was impeccably clean with nice amenities and bath products, the breakfast was the star of the show with a comprehensive selection and amazing coffee. Favorite hotel of our Italy trip!

Best hotel of our family Italy trip! We were there for 3 nights and we would go back in a heartbeat if we could. We stayed in room 502 with two levels and a terrace. It had 2 bathrooms and 3 comfortable beds. My teen kids were happy to have their own space and so were we! The staff was amazing, too, and made great dining recommendations and reservations for us. Location was perfect. An easy 5 minute or less walk to the train and around the corner from the Duomo.

Best AC in Italy. Very comfortable, very cute, zero noise in the room, great location, perfect for Florence. Concierge extremely kind and helpful she hand wrote on our map all the places and best routes along with restaurant recommendation. The wine room is nice to take advantage of and complimentary evening Aperitivo. We will stay again!

Location is great, rooms are large and clean, very quiet, friendly staff, breakfast was good but not amazing, ac was great and cold. The wine cellar experience downstairs is overpriced and wastes money so I’d skip that. The outside room jacuzzi should be removed and that area revamped into a nice sitting nook with maybe a simple water feature. Overall though really great value.

This trip has been a tough one, with 3! Expedia providers getting money from me for nothing and @Expedia doing nothing about it. Yet, this hotel was a great surprise before I stop using Expedia due to their inability to deal with fraud. We stayed in the Junior Suite and it was lovely. The hotel is centrally located and has a unique history. Close to the train station too as I escaped Florence, never again in the summer, terrible.

Very clean and beautifully designed hotel in a great location. It's within walking distance from everything you need to see in Florence. The only thing to keep in mind is that the bathroom is a little small. The staff are friendly and cooperative too.

The room was pretty big and bathroom fixtures were brand new. The best part of The Frame is its location. It was 8 minute walk from the train station and 5 mins walk from the Cathedral and Duomo. We didn’t have to take a taxi in Florence even once. The staff is very friendly and professional.
