Excellent facility. Dimitri was so friendly and bent over backwards to please. Large well appointed immaculately clean room with good breakfast. 800 yr old building. Just minuites from all historic area sites and shopping. Excellent restaurants also a few steps to just walking minutes away. Highest recommendation! A+++

Location is close to everything but away from major loud streets. Room was large and very comfortable. Dimitry is very helpful and even walked us to the nearest taxi station which is very close. Great bargain for the great location!!

Stayed here with my boyfriend for just a night but had such a lovely experience! Communication was great and the instructions for our late check in were easy to follow. The room was clean and comfortable and the surrounding area was peaceful while still having lots of dining options and being easily walkable to all of the sights and museums around the duomo. We will definitely stay again when we find ourselves back in Florence!

We had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious and comfortable in a charming historic building. The manager stayed a bit late for us so could be there for our check in. The area is wonderful with many quality restaurants nearby and super close to the center. One thing to note: This is not a B&B. There is no breakfast offered. While it is true that breakfast was not mentioned in our reservation, there are pictures of breakfast in the listing and, by definition, B&B is bed and breakfast, so we were a bit confused by that. The gentleman explained that the hotel is under new management and no breakfast was offered. I think Expedia should remove B&B from the title (The hotel plaque on the building does not have B&B) and remove the breakfast photos as well. That would clear everything up. Please, do not let the lack of breakfast stop you. This is a wonderful place to stay! And there is an amazing bakery/coffee bar a block away ;)

There was no breakfast offered there although advertised as Bed &breakfast - Expedia you are breaking the rules as stating B&B when there is none. That said there was a kitchen with a microwave you can use so I just bought stuff from the shop a few doors down - and a kettle with teas coffee in my room. Owners are lovely - only around in the morning to clean. Great location - 10 minute walk from station - follow the map they send you rather than google map it. All other main attraction 5-10 minute walk. There was a noisy bar outside my room and noise went on till around 2am - they do provide earplugs in the room. An excellent place - I marked it down as clearly state’s breakfast when there was none and the noise from the bar - I would however definitely stay there again

The owner of the B&B was extremely helpful with directions. Breakfast was a buffet of delicious treats. The hotel was centrally located near all museums and walkable to the train station or the bus stop to the train station. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here!

Amazing B&B in Florence

Our stay was amazing! We felt well taken care of and the property was very flexible with our check in time. The location is very central allowing us to easily walk everywhere in Florence. Our room was very spacious and comfortable and exactly what we needed for our 3 night stay. Breakfast was good too!

At first, we had a hard time finding it because it is in the pedestrian zone, so we go stopped off by a cab a short distance away. Once inside, everything was wonderful. Rooms were nice sized, beds comfortable, the host helpful. Breakfast was excellent! It is easily walkable to every thing we wanted. The only bit of trouble was not finding a taxi on the day we left, a Sunday, so we had to bump our suitcases along to a piazza with a taxi stand in order to make our way to the train station, but we can’t fault our host for that!

This B&B is in a perfect location for walking around Florence. You are near enough to most of the famous sights and there are many good eating places nearby. Luciano, the proprietor, had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable.
