Wow! We loved our stay at Hotel Pendini. The building is beautiful and so centrally located. We couldn’t believe we were eating breakfast in the top of the Arco del Triunfo. Breakfast was delicious with five types of fresh croissants, bacon and eggs, gourmet yogurts and fruit, and more. We ate dinner in the piazza below and enjoyed the live music. Our room looked out over the piazza which was such fun. We could hear the music with our room windows open but were able to sleep well once windows were closed. We would definitely come back to this amazing hotel!

This property was just beautiful. The rooms were a decent size and had a real old charm about them. A great choice of breakfast provided. Centrally located and a short 10 minute walk from the train station.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and old school feeling in the best possible way. The staff is wonderful and the breakfast in the morning is such a treat. The only drawback is that music plays in the square below very late (like 1am) and it’s not classical - pop music covers - very loud. Our room overlooked the square which was magical until we realized how loud it was every night! I would still stay again I think because of how great the hotel is.

This hotel is great for convenience but the noise from the singing in the square was still going at 1am in a Wednesday night. If you dont have ear plugs or are a light sleeper I don't recommend this hotel. Breakfast was fine but nothing overly special. Our room had a bad smell from the time we first opened the door and it never left.

Ideal Florence hotel for the city break

Superb hotel right in the centre of Florence no more than a 10 minute walk to all the famous sites. Hotel really clean and staff super friendly. We had 3 teenagers with us and the family room was perfect had a double and the a room next door with 3 singles.

Hotel lobby is not on the ground floor. Entrance is a bit difficult to locate. Also, entrance is not welcoming. However, if you make it to the lobby on an upper floor…You will LIKE it. Public areas & rooms are old European style. Hotel is clean and well cared for. Bathrooms are modern and functional. My room was LARGE and comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty and selections ample. Hotel is on Piazza Republica. The music in summer plays until about 2am. I loved it. If you want peace & quiet=ask for a room NOT facing the piazza. LOCATION is Very Good for all touristic purposes. Bed was excellent.

We only stayed for one night but the staff was very accommodating and helpful. We arrived well before check in, but our rooms were ready, then the next day we checked out and had a tour booked and it was no problem for them to store our luggage. We especially liked the sitting area with its antique items. We would gladly return.
