Great experience

Clean room, staff was very nice, rooftop was great. Only issue is the AC would make a very loud constant noise every few minutes all night. Was difficult to sleep because of this. Location of this property was perfect. Walking distance to everything.

Good staff

Staff is very nice and service is great. But rooms are small, as well as bathrooms. AC wasn't very good. Some construction work was going on and noisy at times.

While the room was nice - the AC was non existent (didn’t work) and the shower so tight you could barely fit it in. Once you did, you either turned off, change the temp by just slightly moving. Location was good and staff was friendly. But if you are going in summer - this is not the place. If you are not in fit shape - the shower is not for you.

A/C didn’t work on the second night and it was too loud to keep the windows open. Shower door didn’t keep water from flooding out all over the bathroom. Wonderful view from the rooftop and location was amazing.

Too expensive for what it was

The front desk people were not very present or helpful. It was a little hard to find, but the location ended up being great. The room needed a little updating. There was some rot in the bathroom where water leaked out of the shower and the ceiling needed a paint job. The views of the Duomo are all from the roof top, which isn’t accessible all the time.

While this hotel is on a somewhat busy street it was very quiet which was nice! The room was clean and a perfect size for us. I felt very safe as well. I would stay here again!

Don't expect much from breakfast. Especially the coffee.. ours was very watered down. Otherwise, the place was very clean and close to the centeral market with plenty of other options to eat. Rooftop is cool for a quick view.

Overall the property and staff were excellent. The only problem we had was there was a step down to our room that was not well marked and my husband fell and rolled into a wall and I almost fell. No we were not drunk. This should be addressed. Close to train station. Breakfast was sufficient to get us going in the morning I would stay again

This hotel is centrally located to everything. 6 minutes walk from train station, 10-16 minutes walking to all major attractions. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and much more then a standard Continental breakfast. I highly recommend this property.

The room and the bathrom were imaculate. Beds extra confortable. The breakfast is better than in most hotels, even in more expensive one. The place is not fancy but surely the best cost beneft you can find in Firenze. Location is convenient, near the station S.M. Novella. Strongly recommend.
