The host was extremely welcoming, kind and friendly. He gave us detailed information about public transport, dining and sights to see. It was a true pleasure getting to know him. The place was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. We had everything we needed and would definitely stay there again next time we visit Florence.

The room we were in was huge with a nice view of the street. It was less than 10 mins walking from Santa novella train station. There are a few restaurants nearby. Host was amazing, he gave us little tidbits about the area and food. Will definitely recommend it. This was the best value for money room in our entire trip.

A great little place to stay when you visit Florence. Due to size of room and bathroom, its Great if you are a student or middle age single visitor. Being more senior& couple, it was very tight. Though a great stay! Especially the staff making you a cappuccino in the morning... Very nice! The statement in listing saying breakfast available for a fee, is not very accurate. When I asked I was told, well you are not Italian,so you wouldn't want an Italian breadast, right!? Still a nice offer but confusing to us ignorant Americans. Elevator is VERY old, but very cool to ride-on. Just barely holds 2 American sized adults. Maybe multiple trips up/down if you have more than carry luggage. Location is pretty good ince you get lay if land. Transportation is great if tram, train or bus traveler. Restaurants are a little walk across some trafficy roads, but where great. Enjoy!

Property is walkable to the train station in Firenze SMN. The room is clean and spacious and veranda overlooks a nice garden outside. Our host Niccolo is friendly, funny and warm. He explained everything thoroughly to us and was very detailed in giving information about our location and where we can go to dine. Overall we enjoyed our stay and though we did not finish our 4 nights stay as we are headed to Rome on our 3rd day, we appreciate the host hospitality and room amenities. Thumbs up!

This had to be the nicest property we stayed at during our Euro trip. The owner was super friendly and communicated everything we needed to know. The room itself was super clean and well-managed. Private bathroom and clean linens. Comfortable bed and climate controlled. The building also has a small elevator - very helpful for the floor you're on. There are 3-4 other rooms on the floor and everything felt quiet and safe. In the common area, you have a balcony and a tea and coffee kitchenette. They also provided maps for anyone who needed it. We would stay here again!

Amazing little gem! So clean and within walking distance of the main train station. The owner was so friendly and helped to recommend parking garages for my car. Wish I could have experienced his cappuccinos in the morning but was out and about early. Will definitely recommend and stay here again!

Such a stunning bed and breakfast! The host was extremely hospitable and provided excellent service! The location meant that everything was in a walkable distance as well! Definitely recommend staying here is you’re visiting Florence :)

Great place, great area! 25-30 minutes walking to everything. Nicolle is a great host! Crispy Clean room ! Just a warning : very small shower cabin, so if you are very big person - wouldn't recomend.
